RETURNS / REFUNDS / REPAIRS

The Cool Collective wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, I offer a straightforward return and store credit policy.

Return Timeframe: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made jewelry.

Shipping Costs: The Cool Collective will be reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.

Additional Information:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect, and we will provide a full replacement, repair the item, or issue a store credit.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return or repaired item to be processed and/or the store credit to be issued.
